Lord of all creation - I come to You now in the name of this Jesus I have heard about.  I was born into a sinful world and have lived in ignorance and rebellion to Your truth.  Jesus, I accept You as God manifested in the flesh, born as an offering for my sins.  Born to pay the price I am unable to pay - the price required for restored fellowship with my Creator.  Please forgive me and make me a vessel fit for Your use.  I release any bitterness or unforgiveness in my heart and ask You to deal with those situations.  I believe You were born of a virgin, died on the cross, rose from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven and are now sitting at the right hand of the Father, making intercession for me.

You are now Lord of my life.

JESUS IS COMING SOON!  HOW SHALL WE ESCAPE IF WE NEGLECT SO GREAT A SALVATION?
Confess Jesus before men and He will confess you before the Father.

All Souls Ministries

We have officially recognized All Souls Ministries as our companion ministry in Nigeria.

UPDATE: We are sorry to announce that our dear brother Emeka has gone to be with our Lord. He was taken from us suddenly with a heart attack after a crusade meeting. This happened a while back but our hearts were too saddened to make any public announcements. After some time and prayer we have decided to leave all the information contained in the Nigeria link as a testament to his life's work and dedication. We feel blessed to have known him in this life and to have been allowed to contribute and watch him and his ministry grow. Until we all meet again in the age of the glory of our Lord Jesus.

--------------------

You can see here the humble beginnings when we were first contacted by Emeka.  He was in an old bamboo church with a small congregation (and I think most of them were his own children). But he was strong in faith and in the God who had called him into service. I know he did not look at the things that were but at the vision of what God was showing him they would be.

His sincere actions and friendly manner even prompted a muslim family to donate land for his church. That says a lot about the esteem he is held in.

We have now built a church for him. It is growing daily as the Spirit increases.

Ere - We have obtained two outposts in remote areas. Our first venture was into the village of Ere where we purchased 1 acre of land. The first endeavor there was to build a well so they would not have to continue to drink contaminated water from the river. We have a large mission house there. Just recently (early 2012), we have put most of the finishing touches on the building. Some plastering and painting remains to be done. In additional to our frequent uses for various ministries and night vigils, we see this as being an ideal place for interdenominational retreats and crusades. Accommodations are offered for free. Our only desire is to see the body of Christ come together and the name of our Lord Jesus lifted up.

Apamu - We have also acquired 1 plot of land in the village of Apamu. There also, our first project was to dig a well for the villagers. We have also completed a small mission house where a permanent teacher (Pastor Aloy, his wife and 2 children) will live to instruct and assist the people.

Crusades have already been held in both areas. The people love them and very much look forward to them. People are continually being saved, delivered and set free by the power of God.

There are also frequent trips to various villages in the area. When finances allow, we try to provide occasional food provisions for the children and widows. Fanji is one of the places frequented. It was our desire to establish a mission house there also but the price of land prohibited it. We love to buy land and build wells for the people. There have already been deaths in Fanji from poor water quality. We continue to pray for them and all the other villages - many still bound in idol worship and dark arts.

Pastor Emeka is very bold in fighting the forces of evil. When discussion began about purchasing the Apamu land, he was told the land was adjacent to the "evil forest". His reply was that he would take it because he was not afraid of the devil. "We believe those who come to do sacrifice there will one day hear our voice and repent - or our prayers will reach out and touch them"

We have recently purchased a motorbike to assist Emeka to travel the surrounding areas. Our prayer is that one day there will be finances to purchase a small bus for them. This would enable more of the home congregation to go down to the outposts and also enable a source of transportation to bring villagers to the crusades.
